Die aus natürlicher, edler Merinowolle gefertigten Rapha Merino Socks sind die besten Radsocken, die es gibt. Bei kalten Temperaturen halten sie die Füße angenehm warm und bei Hitze kühl. Die Socken nutzen dazu die temperaturregulierenden Eigenschaften der Merinowolle, wobei das schweißableitende, atmungsaktive Material das Ansammeln von Feuchtigkeit zuverlässig verhindert. Mit dem verstärkten Zehen- und Fersenbereich sind die Socken so konzipiert, dass sie keine Scheuerstellen verursachen, womit sie auch besonders langlebig sind.

I have a number of pairs bought over the years and they have always been my go to socks because they didn’t leave horrible indents in my legs. These however did just that and as far as I can tell because the design has changed from a deep cuff to a meaner smaller one. It feels like value engineering at play here. These are expensive socks so this is not on. I will be returning the second pair and not buying any more.

Rated 5 von5 vonMintMark ausWarmth without bulkWhen you wear these you can feel the wool in them and you can feel the warmth. But you don't feel that they are thick and bulky, which is a plus. I haven't yet tested them in very cold conditions, but they are fine down to 8 degrees. Great for a cool day. I'm diligently following the care instructions for wool products, so I hope that if I look after them then they will look after me, or my feet at least :)

What are the differences between the Marino socks and the reflective brevet socks, other than the reflective band? Are the Marino socks thicker?

The Reflective Brevet Socks are a bit softer due to the use of PrimaLoft insulation and are quick drying. They also feature a terry-cloth section under the ball of the foot for added comfort.The Merino Socks are great wool blend socks specifically made for cycling with reinforced toe and heel boxes for durability.
