Position OverviewThe COREtec Creative Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the creative vision and direction of the COREtec brand. This role involves managing a team of creative professionals, developing innovative concepts, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality creative assets across various channels. The Creative Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth, enhance customer engagement, and elevate the overall visual identity of COREtec.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the creative vision and strategy for the COREtec brand, aligning with business objectives and target audience.
Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, visual content managers, directors, copywriters, and other creative specialists.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Oversee the development and production of creative assets, including print and digital advertisem*nts, packaging, brochures, website graphics, social media content, videos, and other marketing collateral.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and sales teams to understand market trends, customer insights, and business goals, and translate them into impactful creative concepts.
Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Provide art direction and creative guidance to internal and external teams, ensuring that all creative work aligns with the brand vision and resonates with the target audience.
Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of creative assets to ensure they meet marketing objectives and drive brand engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the flooring or building materials industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, branding, and creative direction.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative professionals.
Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as video editing software.
In-depth understanding of brand development, visual identity, and storytelling principles.
Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business objectives into creative strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and ideas.
