Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?
Our free Kids Workshops take place in-store every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. You may reserve your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to order your kit.
How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?

Does The Home Depot Forest City offer Curbside Pickup?
Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.
Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via email or text message when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.
To pick up your Curbside Order:
1.Download The Home Depot App.
2.Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3.After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is typically located near the front of the store.
4.Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5.We will bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.

Horrible Product
I purchased a grill from the HD in Altamonte Springs. HD offers free assembly and delivery on grills over 399. I specifically asked that it not be the floor model as it is heavily scratched and a couple bolts missing, however I received a grill that was delivered from the HD in Apopka. This items must be been on the floor or in a dirty warehouse for months. The entire grill was covered in caked up dust, four bolts were missing so that grill was not stable and the foldable edge would not stay up. It is extremely disappointing when you pay good money for a bad product, must less have to wait for it.

Great helpful team
I had an emergency at the job site, and ran out, leaving paid merchandise there at the checkout at 10:30 am. When I went back at 7:30 pm, PatV and Jackie were all over it and got me in and out in no time with everything I had left! Great teamwork!

No matter the management, the employees still care
Joey, Josh and another young man were so willing and wishing to help until their manager Jackie, made it to where they were in trouble for trying. It was apparent they got in trouble (even my 6 yr old asked why they were getting in trouble for trying to help)! Apparently, it was bc the young man left his register (turned his light off) and there was NO LINE! WHAT did he do wrong? I feel bad for getting him in trouble. I shouldn't but I do. Him and his coworker tried to assist this single mother load up but... Jackie manager, made sure to try to embarrass them in front of ALL your customers. Awful

The best service of my life
George and Lisa are two of the best, if not the best, customer service professionals I have ever met. I was there before they closed, and they helped me until after the store officially closed. They could not have been nice and more helpful and I'm still stunned by how much they wanted to help me. They were all smiles and I could not be more impressed.
