Woke up to internet not working and @FrontierCorp sucks so much *** that they ****** up their customer service hotlines. As soon as I get passed the initial message of “we’re working remotely” it cuts out and gets choppy. I’ve tried calling from every room in the house. #******

@AskFrontier Yes that is correct. Everyone in our area in Lakewood CA is having the same exact service issue with the planned service level hardware upgrades as just about everyone else in the SoCal service region. As your systems say that everything is normal that isn't the case right now.

@AskFrontier I am still getting a lot of dropouts with a lot of sites and services that I currently go on especially a Minecraft server I have hosted with my friends up in NH that I'm trying to connect to but fails in doing so. Restarting the router does not help at all in fixing this issue.

@AskFrontier totally bad. No net service for 24hrs. Worse, no information. Nothing. No reason. No approximate ETA. Nothing. For all I know you are just a vacation and don’t want anyone to know. Complete BS since internally after 24hrs if anyone is working, they must have an eta.

So @AskFrontier sends a guy to our home today to see if he can improve our .03mbps and he shuts down our lines. Turn them back on and leaves & now we have NO internet. No connectivity. Frontier must do better. I have work & daughter has class tomorrow. This is a now fix.

What a goddam waste of time calling @MaytagCare was. At least @AskFrontier tries to help when you get them on the phone. The "Maytag Customer Experience" doesn't give a **** about customers or their experience. If you are in the market for a new washer, DO NOT by Maytag! #Fail

We just lost our business phones because we asked for a quote from @GetSpectrum. They said they could not service our location but transferred our phones from @FrontierCorp . @FrontierCorp says they can’t get it back, we have to start from scratch -10 days! We are a phone based

@FrontierCorp perhaps Nick Jeffery would be able to help us out on his first day on the job, it’s also my birthday and we’ve been without phone service for a week now. Sure a few tech’s have been out to research and located the broken cable, but it’s not fixed yet.
