What a goddam waste of time calling @MaytagCare was. At least @AskFrontier tries to help when you get them on the phone. The "Maytag Customer Experience" doesn't give a **** about customers or their experience. If you are in the market for a new washer, DO NOT by Maytag! #Fail

We just lost our business phones because we asked for a quote from @GetSpectrum. They said they could not service our location but transferred our phones from @FrontierCorp . @FrontierCorp says they can’t get it back, we have to start from scratch -10 days! We are a phone based

Tell me @FrontierCorp can you live without phone service? It was out twice last month as well. Actually, almost every month we lose service. You should be paying us to use your systems. Cell phones are not an option where we live so we are dead in the water

@FrontierCorp perhaps Nick Jeffery would be able to help us out on his first day on the job, it’s also my birthday and we’ve been without phone service for a week now. Sure a few tech’s have been out to research and located the broken cable, but it’s not fixed yet.

Biz 24/7! We have been customers of @FrontierCorp for over 20 years and they can’t be bothered to help get our business back up! What was @Ask_Spectrum thinking taking our phones when we didn’t sign up for service? Worst customer service ever at both companies!

Boy I sure do love that we're paying full price for @FrontierCorp despite having to share a connection with another customer and I also love how that connection drops about a dozen times every single hour and I sure do love having to beg repeatedly for the service we pay for.

@FrontierCorp I have an outage and called the 800 number that I was instructed to, but was asked to put in my 5 digit code. I’m pretty sure I’ve never had one. Anyway I still need to be updated on my return to service. My zip code is 61559
